From The President of Fetching the Dream, Inc. 

"Hi! I’m Lynn Duerbeck. I am the President of Fetching the Dream, Inc. Here’s a little information about me so you can get to know me better. I have spent many years running a First Aid & Safety business and performed many safety evaluations for companies. I’ve been trained to spot any potential safety dangers and to remove any threats. I say this to demonstrate that after 30 years in the industry safety is ingrained in me, it’s part of who I am. I am Certified as an instructor for CPR and First Aid, bloodborne pathogens, and AED.

I am also certified in Pet First Aid and Pet CPR, as well as Equine first aid. This expertise ensures your pets' health and safety is my top priority. My journey includes First Aid and Safety and progressed to Pet Sitting,…where are the dots connecting?

Well, when I wasn’t out restocking first aid products and doing training, etc. I was busy at home taking care of what we refer to as “our zoo”. We have had ferrets, rabbits, dogs, cats, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, lizards, snakes, birds, fish, hermit crabs and more! I have also taken care of 50+ pets belonging to friends and family over the years. And I have rescued too many animals to count, including frogs, turtles, squirrels, and snakes. I love all animals. And while I get a few shocked comments from others, I happen to also love our gators in the sunshine state. Yes, I've been known to cuddle a few small gators. I am dive certified, and

support my sea friends, through an organization called 4ocean. My husband and I, even own a sailboat named after a rescued dolphin. I am currently working with horses and other farm animals. And I have adopted a Tennessee Walker horse, named Cash and a Paint named Dixie Rose.   

I have experience working with dog trainers with a few of my most hard-headed babies and have a basic understanding of obedience training. Animals have always been and will always be a part of our family. 

My fur babies at home are Coco Chanel and Georgio Armani, and Snickerdoodle. My grandpuppies are named Loki and Milo, Bella and Malibu. I also have 3 grand kitties. they are Cooper, Cleo, and Simba.
